As Global Head of People and Startegy Angelika leads HR strategy, employer branding, sourcing, recruiting, engagement, diversity, equity & inclusion as well as health topics across the Allianz Group. In her previous role as Head of Global Talent Development at Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty she was responsible for all global talent and career management topics, employee engagement, global learning and development, including the set-up and running of the Corporate Academy.

Before joining Allianz she worked several years as principal and HR director at BBDO consulting. Prior to that she was a senior consultant at McKinsey & Company. She started her career as CRM consultant and account manager in the advertising agency Young and Rubicam. Angelika holds a master of business administration from the LMU in Munich. She also studied Business Administration at the Robert Schumann University in Strasbourg and completed a Systemic Coaching certification.
